Our guide, Phillipe, was wonderful, kind, considerate, friendly, and easy to be with. We had a great time and Phillipe made our visit comfortable.

Philippe was our guide and was wonderful. This was the second visit to Normandy for Mark and I and he was aware of this fact. Philippe did a a great job of showing us the countryside of Normandy and numerous sites we had not seen on our first trip. And in all honesty never would have found. The reservation service was very customer-focused. I especially appreciated the telephone call to be certain we each understood what we reserved. Philippe was an excellent guide. He made the trip to Normandy a very special memory for all of us. Not only was his knowledge of Normandy outstanding but his personality and the delivery of his knowledge was superb as well. He also gave us an excellent overview of Paris and Versailles in the time we had; our lunch was especially wonderful. All in all, it was a wonderful 2 days. He took us lots of places, pulled over (double parked) for me to take pictures, and provided us with historical info as well and info about day to day life in Paris. All six of us ladies were exceptionally pleased with our tour guide, Michael Engle. Our biggest regret was that we didn’t plan to spend more time in Paris. Michael was very professional, yet very personable. His recommendation for our lunch at the Painters’ Corner was perfect as we were served delicious food and received excellent service. We have already recommended your tour and Michael to friends who are planning a trip to Paris. Should any of us ever get the opportunity to go back to Paris, we will definitely request your services.

Dear Claire, As you know, I booked a day tour of Normandy including the D-Day beaches and Bayeux with you for August 7, 2007. The day was absolutely wonderful. It could not have been any better, Most of this was due to our driver, Andre. He had the day planned out very well so that we could visit as many of the sites as we could possibly fit into one day. He was very concerned that all our comforts be taken care of, and he was attentive to our particular interests. He was also an informative and congenial guide. Dear Claire, Sorry for the late response. My computer was not working and being repaired. I just got it back. I want to tell you that my family thoroughly enjoyed each and every day tour that you organized for us. Every driver/guide was professional, prompt and friendly. We actually had four different days of tours. Each day we had a different guide and each day the guides were wonderful. We were picked up at our hotel each day. They were always prompt, professional and friendly. We loved the fact that our family (my husband, myself, my 24-year old daughter and 21 year old son) could schedule the day to suit us and we didn't have to wait on a busload of other people. We felt very comfortable and relaxed with each of our guides and would recommend your company to anyone who is seeking to see France and get the most out of their vacation stay. Although we were travelling with a friend who visits Paris frequently, it was our first time in France. Our friend does business here in Paris in the garment industry, we were holidaying after the business portion of his trip. I found your tour company on the internet. I found the clarity of information, the efficiency with which you proceeded once we made contact, and the ease with which things were arranged to be excellent. We really enjoyed the tours themselves, and found our tour guides very pleasant, informative and entertaining, and the transportation comfortable. Claire, Thank you so much for the arrangements for our three tours while we were in Paris. The guy was waiting for us when we landed at CDG on May 5th and took us to our hotel. Everybody was so nice to us. We had wonderful English speaking guides for (1) The Da Vinci Code Tour - Isabela and for the (2) Tour of the city of Paris, (3) Giverny Gardens and Monet House we had Francis. We appreciate our ride back to the airport on May 12th as well. We got good background and historical information on all our tours. We even learned the Metro enough to go shopping. Dear Claire, Just a quick note to let you know that the guides worked out very well. Michael was very good and was very helpful with my sister. We had trouble getting a wheelchair from the hotel because of Easter Monday and Sandrine arranged for us to go pick one up directly. My sister was in a wheelchair most of time and Michael graciously pushed the chair for me most of the time. He knew how to navigate around the museums with the wheelchair, which were handicapped accessible and which were not, and was extremely helpful. We visited all of the very famous museums and churches and some not so famous but very beautiful ones also. The lunch at the Eiffel Tower was a very good addition to our trip and we enjoyed it immensely..The guides were very knowledgeable and helped make our trip very memorable.
