These rates apply only to departures from Paris or Nice. Waticar cannot be held responsible for accidents on the public highway, especially when getting on or off the vehicle, for theft of personal effects or luggage as well as for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Departure and return times may vary slightly due to unusual traffic problems, Waticar apologize to our customers in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused.

Reservation and payment conditions: The Tour payment price is due upon reservation for one-day tours and half day tours. For tours longer than one day, a deposit equal to half of the Tour Fee (except if Operator notes otherwise in writing) is due upon reservation.
All services will be confirmed upon reception of full payment or a deposit with VISA Card, AMEX Card or Bank transfer (without any bank fees for Waticar).

Booking changes and cancellations are VALID only when made through us by email at query@waticar.com or by fax at + 33 1 56 79 05 16.

• Less than 30 days before departure: 30% of the tour price
• Less than 8 days before departure: 50% of the tour price
• Less than 72 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price

Trip Cancellation Insurance: Waticar does not provide trip insurance: however, we strongly encourage Guests to purchase private trip cancellation and interruption insurance and additional health insurance to protect against financial loss from unforeseen accidents, illness, and/or loss of baggage.

Transfers Advertisement: Please note that the transfer(s) include(s) an hour wait time (from the given pick up time). Beyond that hour, the driver WILL NOT wait and will leave the airport.
